The most rewarding gift is to be able to guide someone in identifying their own gifts. Today I am a professional but I was once in a vulnerable stage in my personal journey that led me to discovering the importance of needing someone to speak with for guidance, insight, and understanding of my struggles and overall circumstances. As a trained Therapist and advocate for Mental Health, I empathize with my clients from a Therapeutic approach of cognitive, behavioral strategies while emphasizing spirituality as a tool to further promote personal growth and development as needed.
With an educational background in Criminal Justice, my experience has evolved over the years working with patients challenged with substance abuse, criminal backgrounds and a host of addictive patterns/behaviors. In addition to personal trauma, relationships, self worth and/or personal development, stress, anxiety, homosexuality, career development and anything in addition that has become a barrier in someone’s personal journey of life.
I utilize an approach structured around the clients current stage of development and focus on a treatment plan that addresses mental, physical, spiritual and emotional healing. Individual and family sessions are currently offered and recommended to enhance this process.
